Who collects the information?
The BookRelax website is operated by SUNFLOWER SOFTWARE PTY LTD (ABN 28 600 994 803), at Brisbane Technology Park, 3 Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113.
What does the trial form collect?
The form requests your name, email, phone number, business name and preferred trial plan. Provide only the business contact information needed for your enquiry. Do not submit client health records, passwords or payment information through this website form.
How is it used?
Your submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry, contact you about BookRelax and help arrange a trial. Submitting the form sends this information to Sunflower Software. Required fields must be supplied for the form to submit.
Embedded forms
The trial form loads from console.sunflowersoftware.com.au. You can also open it in a new window using the link beside the form. Form data is handled by that service and is not sent as a website click event to the analytics system.
Website analytics
When enabled, Google tags measure page visits and use of trial and contact links. Google services may use cookies and device and visit information. Our configured website click events do not include the names, email addresses or phone numbers entered in the form. You can manage cookies in your browser and read Google’s data practices and opt-out information below.
